Team members work together collaboratively to achieve the organization's goals, which include improving education, healthcare, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, or other social development objectives. Founder and Chairman
A medical doctor with an MBBS degree who chooses to quit his job in a traditional healthcare setting and dedicates his skills and knowledge for social development, demonstrates a noble and selfless commitment to serving the community in a different capacity.
R. R. Ansari
Program Manager & Secretary
R. R. Ansari an MBA in Human Resource Management. He is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing specific projects or programs related to social development. They coordinate the activities of various teams within the organization.

Community Organizer
Works directly with the communities the organization serves. He engages community members, build relationships, and facilitate community development initiatives.

He is responsible for maintaining office decorum and cleanliness. He allocates the duties among housekeeping staves, coordinates with courier companies etc.
